Short Term Project Roles
 

Duties

-Under the direction of the Technical supervisor, complete planned and reactive maintenance activities as scheduled by the site planning system

-Conduct General repairs/ cleaning to building fabric in a pro-active manner

-Carry out redecoration works to each facility to ensure sites remain presentable to clients



Health & Safety

-Ensure compliance to all H & S policies in all areas

-To ensure compliance with permit to work system

-To support the Technical Facilities team with the development of safe systems of work

Quality

To follow best working practices. Ensure that all Operational & Technical Procedures in accordance with the Quality Management system are strictly adhered to, escalating any issues as required

Job position. Racking Installation Technician


​Duties and Responsibilities
*Lead Installation crew made of Installers and/or Install Installation Assistants.
*Reads CAD and other specifications to determine method of installation, work procedures,and material, tool, and work aid requirements. POWRA and RAMS
*Lays out reference lines and points for use in computing location and position of Rack / shelving and high density mobile systems.
*Installs rails, floor, carriages, and shelving. Fits and fastens into specified position on wall and/or floor.
*Load and unloading trucks outside.
*Travel to client sites
