The firm was founded in 2009 and was seeded by Honorary Datuk Nor Awan’s family office, and related entities. The Malasian Awan family remain a key investor and shareholder of our firm today. Other owners includes employees and management. Our mission is based on a vision that unites family control, professional high performance management and affiliation with the capital market.

Safety
Health & Safety (H&S) is always the first agenda item for Origin Invest's Board of Directors, who receives monthly reports. Our top priority is keeping our employees and the people who work for us safe and healthy.
Our business has formal H&S management systems. Our UK region is officially certified to the ISO: 9002 standard. Origin’s systems include clear policies and frameworks for communication and awareness-raising, and for on-going training. We rigorously assess contracts for H&S risks at each stage: design, delivery and use.
Investment
Origin Enterprise Investment Scheme allows investors to gain access to attractive and stable returns through investment in construction related channel partners and projects.
The Origin Invest 'EIS' provides a range of tax reliefs for investors who subscribe for qualifying shares. Provided underlying investments are held for at least three years, from 2013 / 2014 there are five current tax reliefs that may be available to investors.
